VITEEE Entrance Exam Admit Card 2026
The VITEEE 2026 Admit Card has started being released in phases, but not for all candidates yet.
VIT follows a slot-wise / phased release pattern for admit cards:
- Admit cards are only generated and made downloadable after a candidate successfully completes exam slot booking (choosing preferred date, time, and city).
- Slot booking began in early February 2026 and is ongoing in batches.
- First batch of admit cards became available from mid-February 2026 for candidates who booked early slots.
- Remaining candidates will get access 7–15 days before their allotted exam date.
Exam window: April 19 to April 30, 2026 (tentative; 12 days, multiple shifts daily) Most candidates will receive their admit card between late March and mid-April 2026, depending on when they book their slot.

Step-by-step to check/download VITEEE 2026 Admit Card (when available for you)
- Go to www.viteee.vit.ac.in
- Click “Applicant Login” or “Login to Download Admit Card”
- Enter your credentials:
- Application Number (received after form submission)
- Password (set during registration)
- Captcha
- After login:
- If you have already booked your slot → you will see “Download Admit Card” or “Hall Ticket” button/link.
- If slot booking is not done yet → you will see “Slot Booking” option first.
- Complete slot booking (choose date, time slot, and preferred test city/centre from available options).
- Once slot is confirmed → admit card becomes active (usually within 24–72 hours, but often immediately or next day).
- Click Download → Save PDF (A4 size print required).
- Take 2–3 colour printouts (black & white also accepted, but colour preferred for photo clarity).
Admit card is personalized — it contains your booked date, time, shift, exam centre address, and reporting instructions.
VITEEE Entrance Exam Admit Card 2026 Important Details to Verify on Admit Card
- Your full name (must match application form)
- Recent passport-size photograph
- Application number & roll number
- Exam date & reporting time (usually 60–90 minutes before start)
- Exam centre name, full address & code
- Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes
- Instructions:
- Carry printed admit card + original photo ID (Aadhaar / Passport / Voter ID / School ID with photo)
- Reporting time strict (late entry not allowed)
- Prohibited items: Mobile, smartwatch, calculator, notes, earphones, etc.
- Use black ballpoint pen for rough work (if provided)
- Biometric verification + photo capture at centre

Slot Booking – Very Important
- Slot booking is mandatory to generate admit card.
- Open in batches (priority to early applicants).
- Login early → choose preferred date & morning/afternoon shift.
- Popular slots (VIT Vellore/Chennai centres, morning shifts) fill fast — book as soon as your window opens.
- Once booked → no change allowed in date/time/centre.
If You Cannot See Admit Card Yet
- Most common reason → Slot booking not completed or not yet enabled for your application number.
- Action:
- Login daily → check for “Slot Booking” link.
- If open → book immediately.
- If not open → wait 2–3 days (VIT opens in phases).
- If slot booked but no admit card after 3 days → contact VITEEE helpline.
