The AIIMS Paramedical Entrance Examination 2026 registration process has not officially started yet.

- Focus on Class 12 board exams (CBSE/State Board) — your 12th PCM/PCB marks are very important (minimum eligibility + normalization factor).
- Prepare for entrance — syllabus is Class 11–12 level Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics (NCERT-based).
