Merit Scholarships will be offered to deserving students on the basis of merit in Intermediate / 10+2 CBSE marks / JEE Mains percentile / EAMCET (TS & AP) or any other equivalent qualifying examination. Scholarship is applicable only on Tuition Fee.

Continuation of Scholarship

Merit Scholarship is awarded for the first year of the Undergraduate program. Continuation of Merit Scholarship in subsequent years is subject to obtaining CGPA >= 7.5 on a scale of 10.0, having no backlogs and no disciplinary cases against the student. Scholarship once discontinued, cannot be revived under any circumstances.

The children of SRU employees admitted in full-time programs are eligible for 50% of scholarships on first-year tuition fees. Continuation of Employee Children Scholarship in subsequent years is subject to obtaining CGPA >= 7.5 on a scale of 10.0, having no backlogs and no discipline case being recorded against the student.

Sibling scholarship of 10% is applicable on first-year tuition fees for the second sibling of the same parents and not cousins. Continuation of Sibling Scholarship in subsequent years is subject to obtaining CGPA >= 7.5 on a scale of 10.0, having no backlogs, and no discipline case being recorded against the student.

A 15% Alumni Scholarship is applicable on first-year tuition fees to alumni who choose to pursue a postgraduate degree or PhD at the university. Continuation of Alumni Scholarship in subsequent years is subject to obtaining CGPA >= 8.0 on a scale of 10.0, having no backlogs and no discipline case being recorded against the student.

A 10% scholarship on the tuition fee is applicable on first-year tuition fees to the wards of serving or retired defense services personnel, martyrs’ families, and paramilitary forces, including state police. This scholarship is in addition to the merit scholarship. Continuation of this Scholarship in subsequent years is subject to obtaining CGPA >= 7.5 on a scale of 10.0, having no backlogs, and no discipline case being recorded against the student.

Sports Scholarship of (20%, 40%, 60%,and 100%) is applicable on first-year tuition fees for candidates who hold district, state, national, or international level participation and position in sports. The scholarship offered under Sports is applicable only for the first year. The same scholarship will be continued, revised in the subsequent years of study subject to:

• Obtaining CGPA >= 6.0 on a scale of 10.0, having no backlogs.
• Performance & achievement in sports, including but not limited to representing the University at approved sports competitions.
• Maintaining an impeccable disciplinary record.

A scholarship of 20% is applicable on first-year tuition fees. Continuation of this Scholarship in subsequent years is subject to obtaining CGPA >= 7.5 on a scale of 10.0, having no backlogs, and no discipline case being recorded against the student.

A scholarship of 20% is applicable on first-year tuition fees to physically challenged students with more than 50% disability. This scholarship is in addition to the merit scholarship. Continuation of this Scholarship in subsequent years is subject to obtaining CGPA >= 7.0 on a scale of 10.0, having no backlogs, and no discipline case being recorded against the student.

A scholarship of 10% is applicable on first-year tuition fees. Continuation of this Scholarship in subsequent years is subject to obtaining CGPA >= 7.5 on a scale of 10.0, having no backlogs, and no discipline case being recorded against the student.

A scholarship of 20% is applicable on first-year tuition fees. Continuation of this Scholarship in subsequent years is subject to obtaining CGPA >= 7.5 on a scale of 10.0, having no backlogs, and no discipline case being recorded against the student.
